AdvisorRankings, a WealthReach company
SEO + AI SEO for financial advisors.
Be found in the AI age.
We rank fiduciary firms on Google, get them cited by ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, and measure success by qualified prospects and booked meetings.
Clients used to search. Now they ask.
Half of the households planning to hire an advisor expect to use a search engine to find one, and one in four expect to start with an AI tool like ChatGPT or Gemini. Even a warm referral gets vetted online before the first call. If you’re not visible where prospects search, and where they ask, you’re invisible at the exact moment they decide.

Results measured in clients, not clicks
SEO should be an investment, not an expense. Investments get measured in qualified prospects, booked meetings, and AUM. That’s what we report on every month, not impressions.

What are two clients a quarter worth?
You’d never let a client guess at their retirement math. Don’t guess at your marketing math either. Set your average client size and fee, pick a scenario, and see what one year of search visibility is worth over the life of the relationships it creates.
Done-for-you SEO with a new custom LivingSite included. The number of new clients above is your own assumption, not a prediction of what the work will produce.
Prefer a clone of your current site? That option starts at $3,300 per month. The same assumptions apply, so only the cost changes.
Return on one year of SEO
19.0×
$800,000 in lifetime fee revenue from one year of new clients, against $42,000 invested.
New recurring revenue
$80,000/yr
8 new clients paying $10,000 a year in fees that recur for as long as the relationship lasts.
Break-even
Your first client alone returns 2.4× the year’s entire investment over the relationship.
Illustrative math, not a projection or guarantee. Assumes fees billed annually on AUM for the length of the relationship. Compares revenue with the full monthly cost of done-for-you SEO, website included.

Asked and answered
1. What is AI SEO, and how is it different from AEO and GEO?
AI SEO is the process of improving your visibility in AI-powered search platforms like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Perplexity. The goal is to help these platforms recognize your expertise and recommend your firm when prospective clients search for financial advice.
You may also hear AI SEO called Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) or Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). In everyday use, these terms are interchangeable. They all describe the same goal: helping your firm appear in AI-generated answers and recommendations.
The subtle differences come down to the kind of answer. AEO focuses on being the short, direct answer an AI platform gives to a specific question. GEO focuses on being included in the longer, synthesized responses that pull from many sources.
At AdvisorRankings, we use AI SEO as the umbrella term. Our approach combines traditional SEO with content optimization, building authority, and strengthening your firm's presence across the web to help financial advisors get found in both traditional and AI-powered search.
2. How much does SEO for financial advisors cost?
Done-for-you SEO with a LivingSite included starts at $3,500 per month for a new custom site (CReD Pro) or $3,300 per month for a clone of your current site (CReD Clone). Every package covers SEO end to end, so the service list never changes the price.
Firms with several offices are scoped on the first call. Full detail is on the pricing page. We publish it because you'd ask anyway.
3. How long does SEO take to work?
With traditional SEO, rankings typically start moving in 2 to 3 months. Consistent lead flow usually takes 12 to 18 months, and the compounding effect builds beyond that.
AI visibility can move faster. In our experience, some firms start to see improvement in how often AI platforms mention or cite them in as little as 1 to 3 months.
We share both timelines before you sign, because the most common reason advisor SEO fails is stopping just before it starts to pay off.
Results vary by firm, market, and starting point, and past results don't guarantee future results. We don't guarantee rankings or AI citations, and Google and the AI platforms don't sell positions.
4. If I have a WealthReach LivingSite, why do I need AdvisorRankings?
A LivingSite gives you the software, and you can run it yourself. Working with AdvisorRankings adds the expertise: WealthReach supplies the software, and AdvisorRankings supplies the people who know how to use it for a financial advisory firm.
We manage the site and its changes for you, so you don't have to. We build an overall strategy and filter Reach's recommendations and every change through it, so the work fits your audience and goals.
And we work on authority and off-page SEO, the signals that build your firm's reputation beyond your own website, which Reach doesn't do.
5. Do you work exclusively with financial advisors?
Yes. We've worked exclusively with financial advisors and RIA firms since 2010.
One industry means we already know your compliance constraints, your prospects' search behavior, and what actually moves rankings in advisory markets.
6. Who actually does the SEO work?
On CReD Pro and CReD Clone, we do hand the work off, and it goes to senior, experienced team members. We're a small team, so your account is never handed to a junior team.
Brent, who founded AdvisorRankings and holds an MBA in Financial Planning, stays involved in the overall strategy and in developing our processes.
7. Is your content compliant with financial industry regulations?
Our content workflow is built for a regulated industry: compliance-aware drafting, documentation, and your firm's review before anything publishes.
Review generation follows the SEC marketing rule, with the records your CCO needs.

8. What does your free SEO audit include?
It baselines your rankings, technical SEO health, and AI visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews, so the first conversation starts from evidence rather than a pitch.
Audits are reviewed by a person, not generated by a script, and take a couple of business days.
Every day you’re invisible, another advisor gets the call
